Prototyping · R&D · Offshore wind

Anything you can’t get off the shelf, you can get from us.

We design and build research equipment, prototypes, control cabinets and plants for universities, research institutes, industry and offshore wind. From requirements and calculations, through manufacturing, to testing, installation and formal acceptance.

What we do

Equipment and plants built for a specific task

We start where the catalogue ends: when you need equipment nobody has built yet, or a plant that has to work from the first start-up.

All services

01

Offshore wind

Radar and monitoring systems, control cabinets, documentation to IEC standards, offshore service and repairs.

More

02

Research equipment and prototypes

Reactors, pressure vessels, test rigs and frames built for a specific experiment. With leak tests and a test report.

More

03

Process engineering and hydrogen

Heat exchangers, including downstream of a reformer, demonstration plant systems, hydrogen compressors with CE/ATEX documents.

More

04

Turnkey research sites

Design and build: permits, construction, electrical installations and controls, research greenhouses.

More

05

Environmental and agricultural engineering

Fertilisers from waste, nutrient recovery, pot and greenhouse trials with analysis of results.

More

06

Expert services

R&D implementation supervision, technical assessments, commissioned research and expert work in Interreg projects.

Offshore wind

We work where you get by boat

On radar and monitoring systems of offshore wind farms we do everything between the drawing and working equipment: hardware and cabinets, documentation to the developer's standard, installation at yards and substations, service and repairs offshore. The team is GWO-trained and works under permit systems.

  • diagnosis and repair of radar systems on offshore substations
  • cabinets, 316L hardware and cabinet documentation to IEC and RDS-PP
  • work in Poland, the UK and Germany, deliveries to the Netherlands and Denmark

How we work

Requirements and standards first, then materials, then proof

  1. Requirements

We agree what the equipment must do, under what conditions and against which requirements it will be verified.

  2. Design

3D models, calculations, workshop drawings and materials chosen for the working environment.

  3. Manufacturing

In our own workshop and with trusted subcontractors, with material certificates.

  4. Verification

Leak tests, ingress protection tests, calibration and a test report.

  5. Commissioning

Installation at the client's site, operator training and formal acceptance.

Research

We also do our own research

We do not build research equipment only for others. We run our own research and development projects together with the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences. That is why we understand research clients from the inside: we know what repeatable measurement requires and why research equipment has to be designed differently from production equipment.

  • CiNURGi: a mobile line producing fertiliser from waste (Interreg Baltic Sea Region)
  • BIOREMOIL: bioremediation of oil spills from wrecks on the Baltic seabed
  • Implementation doctorate: biomass treatment by rapid decompression
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • Member of the Circular Economy and Recycling Cluster – a Polish National Key Cluster

Clients

Who we work with

Universities and research institutes

Research equipment, demonstration plants and research sites under public procurement. Our clients include Gdańsk University of Technology and the Institute of Power Engineering, and we work continuously with the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Energy and industry

Systems integrators on offshore wind farms, as well as the energy, chemical, food and environmental sectors: cabinets, hardware, compressors, heat exchangers and custom structures.

International projects

Partner, expert and contractor in Interreg Baltic Sea Region and Interreg South Baltic projects. Documentation and reports in English and Polish.
